Complaints procedure<\/h1>\n

We think it is important that you are satisfied with our services. If not, let us know. We will then do our best to provide a suitable solution.<\/p>\n

How can you submit a complaint?<\/h2>\n

We recommend that you make your complaint known in writing. This can be done in two ways:<\/p>\n

  1. Send a letter by post to ARTPred.com, c \/ o Aalsmeerderdijk 158C, 1438 AX Oude Meer, the Netherlands<\/li>\n
  2. By email. Send your complaint to webshop@artpred.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How is your complaint handled?<\/h2>\n

    We try to answer the complaint within 7 working days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will let you know as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

    Do you disagree with the outcome?<\/h2>\n

    If after this procedure you are still not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, it is best to contact one of the following authorities:<\/p>\n
